An event that only ever runs in its home city is a local event, no matter how well it goes. The Ciudad del Carmen edition proved that HackSureste's format was replicable outside Mérida without losing turnout or quality. I owned open innovation management, partnerships with government, universities, and the private sector, and the full organization of the event.
Main result: the edition ran successfully in Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche, drawing participants from 6 states and cementing HackSureste as a regional program, not a local one. Caveat: participant count is estimated, not additive with the portfolio's other metrics.
