I want to share an unforgettable experience I lived through over three years as producer and coordinator of entrepreneurship calls at INCmty, in partnership with Tecnológico de Monterrey.

During that time, my work centered on turning entrepreneurs' ideas into reality. I designed and ran calls for entrepreneurs at every level and profile, working hard to build strategic partnerships and create content that delivered real value. My main focus was supporting bold tech entrepreneurs and young people ready to change the game. It was an enriching, exciting experience.

During my time at INCmty, I held different roles: facilitator, general coordinator, open innovation process designer, community manager, speaker, and mentor. I also coordinated strategic partnerships with government, the private sector, the entrepreneurship ecosystem, and universities to hit ambitious annual targets. It was an exciting challenge that taught me a great deal.

Today, I want to look back on an opportunity that changed lives: INC B-Challenge. Ever dreamed of living your first entrepreneurial experience? If so, that virtual bootcamp was the perfect opportunity. At INC B-Challenge, we provided all the tools participants needed to develop business ideas with incredible potential.

And best of all, INC B-Challenge also gave participants the chance to find their ideal founding team. We'd perfected the art of building multidisciplinary teams that worked beautifully together. And the most exciting part: if participants stood out and placed among the top spots in the final pitch competition, they had a shot at winning a combined prize pool of up to $80,000.00 MXN. Now that was a real achievement!

But the story didn't end there. At INCmty we always believed in entrepreneurs' potential and were ready to push them forward on their journey. We offered ongoing growth opportunities and connected participants with key organizations that backed their projects. Support between founders was always one of our top priorities.
