BRAiN México existed to turn innovative ideas into companies, not to award ideas. I designed and ran the program in three linked stages: the E-Brain training workshop, the BrainCamp intensive camp, and an acceleration phase where projects validated their business model, developed a prototype, and protected their intellectual property. I covered logistics planning, methodology, alliances, and facilitation.
Main result: 23 entrepreneurial teams reached BrainCamp and 6 projects received full diagnostics and specialized support in the acceleration program. Caveat: the number of first-stage participants wasn't recorded. Self-reported figures.
