BTEMI prepared applicants for Tec's entrepreneurship scholarship

The Eugenio Garza Lagüera Entrepreneurship Institute's Entrepreneurial Talent Scholarship funds students with entrepreneurial projects. The problem wasn't the scholarship itself: it was that applicants reached the process without knowing how to structure an idea. I designed and facilitated BTEM Training, a free prep workshop so candidates arrived ready for the call, covering technology-based projects at different maturity levels (TRL). It ran as StartUp Training and evolved into BTEM Training between 2021 and 2023.
Main result: in 2020, 516 candidates applied for the scholarship, 60 advanced to the national bootcamp, and 33 were selected. Important caveat: these are the scholarship's numbers, not the workshop's. My responsibility was preparing applicants, not selection or awarding support. I don't claim the scholarship's outcome as my own.
