INC PrototypeINC Prototype: the call for those who already built something

INCmty's calls are segmented by maturity, and INC Prototype was the one for people who already had something built: university students and researchers with developments at TRL 3 to 8. I designed and ran the call, the partnerships, and the evaluation criteria by technological maturity level, with Tecnológico de Monterrey as a partner.
Main result: the call grew from 156 applicants in 2020 to 197 in 2021, a 26% increase. Caveat: applicant figures, not selected-project figures.
