For three years, I had the privilege of leading REDUX, an innovative training program for sustainable entrepreneurs. This project, which I conceived entirely on my own, stood out for how quickly it adapted to a virtual format during the pandemic, letting us get highly productive results with every participant involved.

Across five successful consecutive editions, REDUX ran in close collaboration with Inc Monterrey, with the main goal of training a new generation of entrepreneurs committed to environmental preservation. The methodology we developed for this program was recognized and added to Tecnológico de Monterrey's prestigious official directory of programs and calls for proposals, which made me the youngest author to be part of that select list.

I also managed, during my tenure, to establish highly successful strategic alliances between government, the private sector, the entrepreneurial ecosystem, and educational institutions. These alliances let us consistently beat our annual registration and impact targets, all under the well-known REDUX brand.

I'm proud to have led this project and to have left a positive mark on the field of sustainable entrepreneurship. Through REDUX, we built a solid, committed community that keeps working to generate positive impact in the world, and I'm confident this program will keep growing and thriving in the future.
